All double and twin rooms are charged at £65 per night (Minimum reservation 2 x nights all year, and 3 x nights minimum reservation during High Season).
Single room rate is £45 per night (Minimum 2 x nights and 3 x nights during High Season).
Breakfast is charged separately at two different rates.

Reservations of less than 1 week are charged at daily rates.
We request a minimum reservation of 2 nights all year round and 3 nights during the High Season.

Third party, booking agency sites will display different, more expensive rates for our rooms.
To secure a reservation we require a deposit payable by credit or debit card or cash equal to the total cost of the first night of accommodation.

All on-line bookings, including those through our own website, incur a £70 per night room fee for a double or twin room and a £75 per night room fee during High Season. The single room incurs a £60 per night room fee. This is to cover the cost of Commission charges and taxes.
